Digital Delivery
GST Maker is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship physical products. All our services are delivered digitally through our web application.
Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your account features will be upgraded instantly. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment and access to your Pro features immediately.
In case of any delay due to technical issues, the delivery will be completed within 24 hours of payment verification.
Accessing Your Service
You can access your upgraded features by logging into your account at gstmaker.com/login. No physical keys or documents are sent via post.
Proof of Delivery
For digital services, the activation of Pro features on your dashboard and the payment confirmation email sent to your registered email address constitute proof of delivery.
