Our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Refund Policy

At GST Maker, we provide a free tier to allow users to fully test the service before upgrading. Consequently, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made. All sales are final.

We encourage users to evaluate the tool using our free features before committing to a paid plan.

Exceptions

In rare cases of technical errors where a user was charged multiple times for a single transaction or if there was a verified billing error on our end, we will process a refund for the erroneous amount. Such requests must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.
